Upon confirmation of the order and agreement on the payment terms, orders will be delivered within 1 day in Kampala and within 2 days for customers outside Kampala. Custom orders will have specific transportation dates discussed with the customer. The cost of transportation will vary based on the geographical location of the customer and the quantities ordered.
Tracking details are emailed once your order is confirmed and payment is processed or the terms of payment are agreed.

Issue With Your Order
Email us at info@daebakart.com with photos of the item and packaging. Follow our return policy for instructions.
Email us or send us a WhatsApp text with pictures of the received items. You should attach a copy of the signed delivery note.

Order Packing & Delivery
Yes, DaebakArt delivers to all parts of Uganda. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location within Uganda. Generally, orders are delivered within 1 day in Kampala and within 2 days for customers outside Kampala. For custom orders, specific transportation dates are discussed directly with the customer.
